The space

Access to the Pool House is via a path which winds through the backyard past the firepit and BBQ area to a set of travertine steps which lead up to the deck and secluded Pool House.

Entering through the fully equipped kitchen you will feel amongst the elements behind the huge glass windows. These can be opened easily to create an indoor/outdoor kitchen with views out over the horizon and infinity swimming pool.

From the kitchen, there is another sliding door through to the indoor dining area which is perfect for cooler evenings. This space shares a double-sided gas fireplace with the adjacent media room (with smart TV) and boasts a rosewood mantelpiece with sliding doors for privacy.

The bunk room is also accessed from this area with an ensuite doubling as a wet area for the pool deck complete with a roman style bath and shower. Also known as a 'shub'. A great room for children to play and equally as comfortable for adults.

The sunroom, lined with corrugated rosewood and velvet cushioned seating, connects the house to the 2nd lounge area and two master bedrooms each with ensuites. This space invites you to curl up with a good book and cup of tea while taking in the view through the trees to the ocean beyond. The lounge offers versatile seating, a kitchenette and smart TV, a perfect retreat for adults or those looking to take some time out from the group.

The Master bedroom commands the Northeast corner of the property opens to a private section of the deck overlooking the forest and ocean featuring an ensuite with twin shower heads and sinks. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your king bed or take advantage of the block out curtains and sleep in.

The courtyard room, also with a king bed and ensuite, offers a peaceful and private retreat to read and soak up the sun as well as a desk if you need to keep working while away.

The entire house is air-conditioned with the option of ceiling fans and louvered windows if natural cooling is preferred. An expansive deck surrounds the house with sun lounges and sofas offering multiple options for outdoor relaxation and dining.

There are 2 Nespresso machines and we provide all the basics such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing powder and Leif shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.

Enjoy ocean views from every room, step out onto the magnificent floating balcony and choose to dine inside or out. The open plan living and shared backyard, offer multiple options for relaxation and spaces to gather.
If you have an extended group, it's possible to book the adjacent Pool House for a private resort experience.
The space
The sweeping spiral staircase takes you from the entrance (around a mini putting green) up to the open plan living area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with island bench, dining area and lounge.

An extendable dining table (seating 8 to 12 guests) and BBQ on the floating balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, watch the whales migrate (May to October), take in a sunrise or sunset and simply absorb the mesmerizing view.

The master bedroom with a king bed, sofa bed and TV offers an ensuite with bath and separate shower. A private retreat for couples who enjoy space and the option to watch the surf from the comfort of their bed!

The west wing is home to a Queen bedroom with an ensuite and a 3rd bedroom sleeping four with the option of a king or 2 single beds plus a set of bunks, with separate bathroom directly opposite.

Off the central living area, you will find an additional toilet, fully equipped laundry and pantry with cooking basics.

The backdoor takes you out to the communal garden which includes a BBQ, impressive seating area and a firepit. This area is a fantastic place to gather for drinks at sunset.

All bedrooms have the option of air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The open plan living space offers ceiling fans with all doors and windows fitted with screens allowing a natural breeze to cool the area.
